I started my career in real estate in 2018, buying my first house to convert to a student rental. When finished with renovations, Covid happened and the student rental market imploded. Needing to switch gears, I flipped the house instead, quit my corporate job as a manager of manufacturing and went full-time into real estate, never looking back.

The best part about being a part of the Currier team is learning from one of the best agents in the city. The culture on the team is great, we work hard for our clients and there is an atmosphere of doing whatever it takes to make the client happy and get the job done, which I thrive in.

I flipped houses from 2019-2023 full-time and then transitioned to working in real estate along side agents using my background in operations management, process improvement, and operational efficiency to improve their operations and streamline communications/CRM management, deal flow and day to day tasks.

I am a natural problem solver and big picture thinker, so a career in real estate aligned perfectly. I love how every transaction is different. Every person’s situation and experience in real estate is unique. There are problems to solve in every case, and the reward of seeing a client smile at the end of it all and helping people achieve their goals is extremely satisfying. I also love the entrepreneurial side of real estate; you get out of it what you put into it!

As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and someone proficient in process improvement, operational efficiency, process management, deal analysis, and interior design, I bring a variety of skillsets to the team that add real value to our clients’ experiences.

I still flip houses today, specializing in deal analysis and value added renovations and design.

Outside of Real Estate

I play on a community slow pitch team for fun, and I am a new dad! When I am not doing real estate I am working on the most important deal there is: raising a beautiful daughter; she is my whole world! I am very outdoorsy, I love to explore the Kawarthas; camping, hiking, paddling or going to beaches. I was born and raised here, and know all of the hidden gems to explore!
